Renee Girard is the Programming Director at MKE DMC and Director of SEO at Whitepages, one of the most-visited sites in the U.S. She leads organic strategy for a 5-billion-page portfolio and has spent 14 years building SEO programs that survive algorithm updates, thrive in AI search, scale across engineering teams, and somehow stay fun to talk about at parties.

Before Whitepages, she built the SEO Center of Excellence at Crate & Barrel Holdings from scratch, scaled the team 4x, and generated $5M in incremental organic revenue. She mentors through Women in Tech SEO and volunteers teaching SEO to underrepresented small business owners because she genuinely believes visibility is power and that more people deserve to claim it.
