Speaker of the Year
Speaker of the Year recognizes the top-rated presenter, selected by our members for delivering high-impact content that energizes the audience and sparks new ideas. Breakout Marketer of the Year
Breakout Marketer of the Year recognizes a standout newcomer in Milwaukee’s digital marketing scene who brings fresh ideas and creativity. This award honors someone who shows strong initiative, solves problems with innovative solutions, and shapes the future of marketing with forward-thinking ideas.
X-Factor Award
The X-Factor Award goes to a marketer whose unique perspective creates a major impact on every project. This person brings an irreplaceable quality, turning good work into exceptional results, and is essential to the team’s success..
McDill Marketing Innovation Award
The McDill Marketing Innovation Award is for the marketer or marketing team who refuses to stick with the usual. They experiment, take risks, and lead the way with new tech and ideas. Their forward-thinking approach solves old problems in unexpected ways, or sometimes creates opportunities we hadn’t even considered. They remind us that in digital marketing, evolution is the only constant.
Local Impact Award
The Local Impact Award recognizes a person or team using digital marketing to make a difference in Milwaukee. Whether helping local businesses grow, supporting non-profits, or strengthening community ties, their work shows that marketing can be a force for good. They inspire us all by proving that giving back to our city is as important as success in business.
Backbone Award
The Backbone Award honors those essential team members who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They're the ones everyone relies on when challenges arise, always ready with the right answers and solutions. They don't look for recognition, but their steady support keeps us all going.
